Stephen Hibbert is a pioneering leader in sustainable finance and responsible banking with over 35 years experience in shaping markets through innovative transactions. In its 2010 Carbon Finance Deal of the year award Environmental Finance magazine hailed him as the banker who first brought project finance lending to the carbon markets. He has also held key industry leadership roles, including Chairing UNEP FI’s Banking Board when it developed and launched the UN Principles for Responsible Banking, which is now supported by over 350 banks, representing nearly half of global banking assets.

John de Lange is a structured commodities and energy finance banker with 40 plus years of experience across oil and gas, metals and mining, agriculture, and petrochemicals. He has advised leading global producers and traders since the early evolution of trade and structured finance, with deep expertise in complex financings and client leadership.
